On this cosy Saturday afternoon I thought it best to make a formal introduction that is a little more personal and specific to F7.

I'm really happy to be onboard as lifestyle is extremely important to me.

Early on in my career as a Beauty Therapist I discovered that so many people saw what I offered as something they couldn't afford.. or something that didn't suit their lifestyle.

I hope to educate and entertain simultaneously.. and let you all know you to can be about that spa life! :)

lets start with something simple to ease you into things.

For the last quarter of 2016 I set about a very personal and fulfilling journey, mainly to do with weightloss.. having a sweetooth is NOT the one

Now that the year is up I invite you all to have a look back on the 10 videos I released.. there were low lows and extreme highs! and a whole lot of turning up!
