Break Out Your Whites

F7 | Lifestyle_SA

This season, break out your whites.

It has been a long and cold winter, and finally we are able to enjoy the first days of spring. For the past week, I could not help but notice how the weather has changed London. I could actually feel such a strong and positive energy everywhere I went, whether it was work, dinner, gym or even SHOPPING!

What I have noticed is that WHITE is the new trend this season. White has become the new Black.

Being at work, I hear a lot of customers asking the same question over and over again… How can I wear white?

In this article I will give you a few tips about how to wear white and how to make it look very fashionable and classy no matter what the occasion is.

Number 1

When wearing white, it is important not to forget the basics of fashion. I advise you to keep it simple. A white tee-shirt, a pair of shorts and a blazer or a dress and a gilet (all white of course) are the easiest combinations you could think of. These looks are very simple but they are also very fashionable and classy.

Number 2

Even though the trend is white, it is important that we think of adding a touch of colour in order to make our white outfit contemporary and feminine. We want to avoid a boring look. That is why I like to choose shoes and accessories in a different colour that will contrast with the white. I would for instance select a pair of black heels and a printed/glittery bag. White is one of the best colours since it goes with just about everything so do not be scared to take initiatives.

So this season, remember to keep it white and most important be creative. Fashion is an art. The way you put your outfit together is an expression of who you are. So go ahead and as Coco Chanel once said :” Everyday is a fashion show and the world is the runway”.
