We all know that 'We are living in a world of tensions' - that pushes us to succeed, achieve, accomplish, pursue and reach our maximum potentials and goals in our careers, lifestyles, health and aspirations.

However, all too often we forget that we are 'human beings' and not 'human doings' - thus forgetting the importance of finding "The time to be still," "Time to unwind and relax" or the "Time to just stop and reflect on our lives".
