A position has arisen for a B2B Self Employed Sales Representative / Account Manager. The company are looking for a confident and dynamic sales executive to join their UK Energy consultancy Business.

We are an independent utility consultant focusing on providing the most competitive quote tailored to individual business’ needs. We work with all the major energy suppliers to ensure we get the best energy package for our customers. Using are expertise we can help business’ achieve budget certainty in relation to its energy costs.

F7 Utilitites will ensure that your business utilities contracts and renewals are correctly managed to avoid the risk of falling into 'out of contract’ prices, or automatically renewing at noncompetitive rates. No matter how large or small your energy spend, we will provide a tailored offering, implementing a strategy to suit your needs, whilst assuring you of a first class service at all times.

The Role: The position requires building long lasting relationships with clientele and generating business for the company.It involves sourcing leads and utilizing any possible resources to turn these leads into completed sales for our company.With an uncapped commission structure, there is no limit to your earning potential with this role; and offers the bonus of working from home and out in the field, so can be flexible around your lifestyle! Knowledge of the energy sector would be advantageous but not essential.

The main responsibilities of this position are to:.

• Source own leads

• Make and attend appointments

• Inform and acquire new clients

• Close sales

• Build effective working relationships with clients

• Manage your own day-to-day work schedule (self-managed time)

• Follow up phone calls and email enquiries

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional

• Strong customer focus with exceptional communication skills - written and verbal

• Positive 'can do’ attitude and able to use initiative

• Professional and smart appearance

• Able to work to targets

• Must be a confident individual with an outgoing, persuasive personality. The candidate will be expected to work towards sales targets; and should be able to adapt their sales process to suit the Company's expectations and to improve individual sales results.The candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated due to the nature of the role.

You should have a confident telephone manner, with at least a basic working knowledge of PC/Mac and email facilities, and excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.

You should also be assertive, persuasive and resilient with the ability to influence potential customers through natural rapport, and must be dedicated and hardworking.

A basic understanding of the services we offer is desirable, to be able to negotiate with clients effectively.

Knowledge & Commercial Awareness

This position is commutable from home, as due to the nature of this role (field sales) it is possible to work from home.The candidate will require a full UK driving license and own transportation for this role, and must be 18 or older.The candidate must be able to prove their ability to legally work within the UK.

Interview process: Phone interview will be held within 1 day of application and then a 2nd will be held via Skype (Phone) following a successful phone interview, you will be hired as a self employed sales agent within the company.We advise you not to apply if you don’t carry the necessary skills to accomplish this.
